What the site is. We introduce homeowners to an independent local roofer. We aren't a roofing contractor, we don't perform roof work, and we don't prepare bids, set prices, sign contracts or deal with insurance claims. Any agreement for an inspection, repair or replacement is made between you and the roofer alone, and that roofer is responsible for its own work, pricing, permits, insurance and warranties.

Information only. Articles, cost ranges, storm notes and the calculator and quiz are general guides. Cost figures come from published sources named on each page and can't predict the price of your roof. Permit and legal summaries can change, so confirm them with the city office or agency named.

No promises about outcomes. We can't guarantee that a roofer will be available, that a roofer will contact you by a given date, or that its work will meet your expectations. You choose whether to hire anyone, and you're free to compare other contractors.

Using the site fairly. Please send only true information about a property you own or manage. Don't submit requests for someone else without permission, copy the site's content for commercial use, or try to disrupt how it runs.

Limits on liability. To the extent Texas law allows, Roof Replacement Weatherford TX isn't liable for losses that come from relying on the site's content or from any roofer's work, advice or conduct. The site is provided as it is.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes. We may revise these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Continuing to use the site afterward means you accept the revised terms.
