About the website. If something on the site is wrong, unclear or unfair, or you're unhappy with how your request was passed along, call (817) 555-0146 or write to us through the contact page. Tell us what happened, when, and the address involved. We read every complaint and use what we learn to fix the site and to decide which roofers receive future referrals.

About a roofer. The roofer is an independent business, and your contract is with that business, not with us. Start by raising the problem with the roofer in writing and keep copies of the contract, estimate, photos and messages. If that doesn't settle it, you can contact the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Hotline at 800-621-0508. For work done inside Weatherford city limits, the City of Weatherford Building Division, at 817-598-4284 ext. 2, can answer questions about permits and inspections.

About insurance. Questions or complaints about an insurance company, an adjuster or a claim belong with the Texas Department of Insurance Help Line at 800-252-3439. We don't take part in claims and can't step into one.
